Major fixes

  - asympt_resil does not assume the B matrix is symmetric.

  - In the Jacobian stability properties vignette, Z scores are
    estimated from the log of abundances values, as it should be for
    Multivariate Autoregressive State-Space models estimated by the
    MARSS package.

Minor fixes

  - The Jacobian matrix B is more thoroughly described and illustrated
    in the Jacobian stability properties vignette.
